Project Overview
Bluntt is an anonymous communication platform where people can connect through chat, voice, and video while keeping their identity private. The platform is designed to encourage honest conversations by removing the pressure of profiles and social visibility.
Problem
Most modern social platforms are designed around visibility and personal identity. Profiles, followers, and public interactions help users build social presence, but they also introduce pressure around how people speak and interact online. When identity is always visible, users often filter their thoughts or avoid certain conversations altogether.
Key issues observed:
Users hesitate to speak openly due to identity exposure
Fear of judgment from followers or social circles
Difficulty discussing personal topics in public environments
Limited spaces that encourage honest dialogue
Key Insight
While exploring anonymous communication platforms, one pattern became clear: when identity is removed from conversations, users often become more open and willing to share thoughts they might avoid on traditional social platforms.
Key insights included:
Anonymity encourages more honest expression
Users feel safer discussing personal or sensitive topics
Conversations can become deeper and more genuine
Solution
The platform was designed as an anonymous conversation network where communication happens without the pressure of identity. Users can interact through text, voice, or video while remaining anonymous, encouraging more honest discussions. To add long-term value, the platform also introduces a creator model where users can earn through conversations by offering advice, companionship, or engaging in discussions.
The experience is designed around a clear narrative: Privacy → Connection → Opportunity

Reflection
Working on Bluntt helped me understand how removing identity pressure can change the way people communicate online. When users feel safe and anonymous, conversations often become more honest and open. Designing the experience required balancing emotional safety with product clarity so users could speak freely while still forming meaningful connections.
Through this project, I gained experience in:
structuring feature storytelling within landing page experiences
crafting human-centered UX writing
building trust through thoughtful design and content
